Everything was exactly how I imagined. She works from the heart and is incredibly patient and understanding!
Lara, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give me my dream wedding and to keep to my vision.
As a 20-something, I moved to New York City to pursue my career as a dancer. After a series of life events, my career went in a different direction. But I did not. Because I fell in love with this city and made it my home.
Then, in 2016, shortly after planning my own wedding (and soon after I discovered how upside down this industry can be!), I decided to turn wedding planning on its head.
Over the last seven years, I've built a space that supports you AND your partner through the planning journey. And approaches you with kindness, acceptance, and collaboration.

Any crazy idea I had, they helped bring it to life with research and recommendations.
7 years later, hundreds of weddings down, a global pandemic under our belt our team as grown to 7 + planners and administrators who help support the company and our amazing clients. TPIM now does anywhere from 45-60 weddings a season and there is so many exciting this in the horizon.
2023
Lara launches the TPIM website and goes on to help 8 happy couples plan their wedding, within her first year of business.

2016
Lara begins dreaming up big ideas. She creates a loose business plan for an inclusive, supportive, and open-minded planning company with a chill vibes approach.
Nov
2015
TPIM adds two additional planners to the team and closes out the year at 30 incredible weddings
2018
A business is born and named as a tribute to one of Lara’s favorite SMITHS songs—a song that followed Lara around the NYC bar scene and became the last song played before she walked down the aisle.

Lara gets married. Shortly after she finds herself obsessed and curious about the wedding industry.
